Fourteen Years

 
Last week Brendan and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary. Knowing that a Wednesday night is not exactly conducive to dates, we squeezed in both a movie ("Man of Steel"--violence, aliens, and 1990s actors!) and dinner (at Lucille's--sugar biscuits, rum punch, and BBQ!) the previous weekend.

I sure love good movies, sugar biscuits, and donkey tails, but the best part of an anniversary? Being married to this guy and seeing his boys grow up to be awesome kids...
